ADAMS DesignBuild is a full service residential Architectural design and build firm. For those that do not have an Architect or a home plan, we offer state of the art computer aided design, drafting and realistic renderings to inspire, envision and bring your project to life before we break ground.

Our Design-Build Process

Unlike hiring an architect separately and then putting a project out to bid, our design-build approach means one team handles your project from the first sketch to the final walkthrough. This keeps your project on schedule, on budget, and free of the finger-pointing that happens when designers and builders work separately.

Here's how it works:

1. Consultation — We visit your home or property, learn about your goals, and evaluate what's feasible with your existing structure and lot.

2. Design — Our in-house architectural designer develops plans that meet your vision and your budget. We'll present drawings and make revisions until it's right.

3. Permitting and site planning — We handle all permit applications and site planning so you don't have to navigate that process alone.

4. Construction — Our own team of craftsmen along with the highest quality sub-contractors build your custom home, addition or remodel project.

5. Completion — We don't consider the job done until every detail meets our standard — and yours.
