Yes. We are licensed by the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors and hold an Unlimited Building license, #6812. This means we can build both residential and commercial structures with no limit to the cost. We are fully insured including all of our subcontractors.

Cost per square foot depends on many factors, mostly in the finishes you will be selecting for your new home or space. Every project is different and budgets vary. Most of our projects start around $400 per square foot and go up from there.

We focus on a small handful of projects and typically have three or four going at one time. This equates to around 15 projects per year give or take. While this is nowhere near some of our competitors, we feel it is better for quality control and the relationships we build with our clients.

We do not have lot inventory and do not build spec homes. We are strictly a custom home builder and build on client owned lots or land.

Typically no. All of our design/build projects are custom designed based on everything our clients bring to the table in the early stages. Once built, we will not replicate that home exactly anywhere else. Occasionally, we have a design and floor plan from a design/build project that fell through. Those are posted on our site in the Work Gallery.
