The primary focus was adding an ample outdoor living area for entertaining and relaxing by a wood burning fire place watching the big game or tournament. A gas grill and Big Green Egg under the covered area allow for grilling in any weather. Adjacent to the covered patio is a new primary suite addition giving the owners the ability to live all on the main level. Below the new primary suite and patio are a mudroom, large home office and car port. The kitchen, drop zone and two secondary bathrooms were updated in the process.

Handmade brick by Old Carolina Brick Company was chosen to blend and tie in seamlessly to the existing 80 year old brick facade.
