“Before we built our home, we talked with many people about their experiences with builders, finally deciding to talk with three builders. We had detailed plans and specs by this time.
At the interviews, one builder brought a thick photo album, one brought models of building features, and Garland Adams brought a yellow pad to take notes on. Garland came to listen to our needs and wants, ask questions, and it showed.
Throughout the construction project, Garland carefully scheduled the work to obtain the best quality subcontractors and the finished product clearly shows the value of that. He was very responsive to requested changes, patient, easy to work with, and a good communicator. Over an 18 month project and never a cross word was exchanged. Amazing! We felt the quality of work and the relationship was so good that, years later, someone would want to know who built the house, so we installed a plaque on our home identifying Garland Adams as the builder. We still have a warm personal and professional relationship with him that comes from respect.”
